[mso] Re: Formatting of emails in freelists and Outlook

Yes...replies are different, Peter....replies are always formatted in
the format of the mail you are replying to and since this list converts
everything to plain text, that's why your replies are in plain
text...same with forwards, I believe

Like I said, checking this box in Outlook 2000, Internet mail version
always worked for me....but I've just discovered where it is in 2002,
thanks to Hal....so I just set this group to plain text and I am going
to open a new mail now and see what happens when I send it here

Watch for my next two mails and lets see what happens when I do
it....hang on.

Hi Linda,

I though we went all thought this before. I thought I remembered =
seeing several posts on this same subject.

Something seems to be overriding the setting in the address book. I have
=
this list SET to "plain text", but when I compose a new message, it =
always reverts to HTML.

Now,,, when I REPLY to a post on this list, I always GET the plain text
=
format, and of course, I DON'T get the =3D and the =3D20.

What should I do now?
