[mso] Re: Formatting a plain-text document in Word 2003

If you are just justifying the text and don't want to actually modify your
Normal style, to apply it to all text, instead of one line at a time, just
press ctrl+A to select all of the text in the document before you click the
Justify button on your Formatting Toolbar.
