[mso] Format question in Word 2002

Until I learn Photoshop, I need to work in Word. I have several paragraphs
of text that are justified. Above it I want to place a title using Word Art
so that the title forms a half crescent centered above the text.  My problem
is that the Word Art title, when centered, isn't evenly balanced above the
text - it's too far over to the right. Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

p.s. the text copy is justified, not "aligned right."
