And thanks for taking the time to verify this for me....one thing I hate to
do is tell someone something can't be done, unless I'm absolutely sure...I
was *pretty* sure, but you and Anne have confirmed it for me....so thanks!

Now I get to teach a Word student how to use Excel...whoopdee doo (LOL)

Not without VBA, Linda. (Sorry, I'm been sick and hiding from the PC, so I
didn't see this one.)

You can put in fields, but they can easily skip one. There is a validation
trick, but it involves VBA and it's kinda tricky to understand/do. I
generally just create a dialog box and if they don't fill in the info...they
don't get the form done. 

But every thing I can think of or have ever seen involves some VBA for
validation.
