[mso] Font defaults in Visio 2003

My computer programming class uses Visio 2003 to make structure charts and
flow charts for the programs that we code. But every time I start the
program, it sets default font to Arial size 8. I'd like to set it to Times
New Roman size 12 so that it's easier for my instructor to read what I type.
I looked under Tools....Options but didn't see an option to change that. Can
it be changed, and if so how?
