[mso] Find Fast

In the Route of C: I find files named FFxxxxxxx that I believe are created
by Find Fast. I often notice the hard drive working and I believe this is
also cuased by Find Fast. My question is how to I turn this off completely,
forever, no more, nada? I've tried Control Panel/Find Fast and used various
settings but nothing seems to stop it.
