Hi Teresa,
you have to insert a field named filename, go to Insert on the menu bar, then
to the Text tab. One of the four options there will let you insert fields. I
can't give you the proper name of the option because I'm using Word in
Portuguese, but it's the one that's NOT "date and time" nor
"Image" nor "Clipart". When you choose the "name"
field click on the check box, on the top right of the dialog box, "add path
to filename".
