[mso] FW: line graphs in excel

Hi all

I think I understand the problem below,

I have data for the years 1990-2000, in the countries where there is data
for all years the points on a line grapgh are joined

In the countries where the information is missing for some of the points ,
where there are two consecutive data points the line is drawn, and where the
next data point is after a break in the sequence the two points are not
connected by a line, although I realise that a straight line between two
points in time which are not equally spaced assumes a linear relationship
between the points, nevertheless I require the points for all series on the
graph to be joined by lines

The only way I can find of doing ot is to draw in the lines manually

Any suggestions

Ann

can be on a graph (I seem t o be able to get 10 and not 11)

Thanks
