Hi all

I have set up a simple database with a data sheet with variables, persons id
no name , date, hours, rate

Have set up an overall query to calculate the total for each line of data in
the table

I have also set up individual queries to do the same but for each person

I have also set up a report which produces the information, name, date ,
total for that day , i.e. 1 line per entry in the table

What I would like to do is to add subtotal for each person in the report and
an overall total

I would also like to repeat the report but to produce separate pages for
each person, 

I have searched the web and cannot find out how to do this- can anyone help
or point me in the right direction
