[mso] Re: FW: Outlook 2003 question

I think it is looking for the area code, which is input in the modem
dialing rules. Go to Control Panel>Phone and Modem Options, and click on
the Dialing Rules tab. Edit the rule to enter the area code. Outlook
should be very happy.=20

Subject: [mso] FW: Outlook 2003 question

I'm re-sending this in case whoever knows the answer didn't see the
question the first time. I have a client getting pretty antsy about
this - I tried to have him disable his modem but it's not showing up in
the device manager, so I'm not sure why it's asking for this info. Any
ideas?
Thanks,
Elise
