Linda- There is a $50 utility available from Wicket.net called WN Mailkeeper. It will convert the information in an Exchange Mailbox or a PST to individual Outlook messages, maintaining the folder format. The entire mail archive can then be written to a CD-ROM disc for backup. Messages can be opened directly from the CD-ROM and will still contain the original formatting and any attachments. You can copy Contacts, E-Mail, Calendar Items, etc. When an agent in good standing leaves our company, we allow him/her to take a CD containing all of their Outlook information with them.
