Put an empty row between the headers and the rest of the stuff...Pick from
list stops when it sees an empty row so the headers won't be included.

Subject: [mso] Excel's PICK LIST: Can it be controlled?
Suppose I have the surnames in column A that are:
A1: Surnames
A2: PEAR
A3: APPLE
A4: BANANA
A5: BANANA
A6: APPLE
A7: CHERRY
A8: DELTA
A9: DELTA
A10: DELTA
A11: THOMPSON
When I right click on A12, one of the options is Pick List. In my case, it
reads like this:
APPLE
BANANA
CHERRY
DELTA
PEAR
Surnames
THOMPSON
Ok, it is unique, and correctly sorted, but "Surnames" is simply a header,
not a bona fide last name of a person. Can I get Pick List to ignore the top
two rows where the headers are? It would be less confusing that way.
Thank you.
Robert
