Got it and it works, the whole list is dynamite when it comes to a crunch...

To tell the truth, am finishing the 'tweaking' of this spradsheet with a 
case of the flu, and not totally there today.

It is being sent to the client as this message is being typed.

Again, to ALL who contributed big ole Texas Thanks Yall, and to the 
others on the list, well all I can say is I learn a lot from reading the 
posts here, and hope at least one other benefited from my flu based 
mindset today... grin..
