[mso] Re: Excel-Paste Special

It will be greyed if you haven't first cut or copied something onto the
clipboard. Other than that, I'm stumped.

I am using Excel 2002 with XP Home ED.  Going to Edit>Paste Special, as
mentioned in Lesson 3 of Excel 201, shows on the menu but is grayed out.
