[mso] Re: Excel:MOS Certification

It's been a while, but I do remember missing questions because I didn't
do the steps their way.  Even though I had the correct answer at the
end.  This may have changed now, but I  was  MOS trainer and remember
telling my students to follow steps in the MOS certification books
because they were pretty particular on how questions were answered.

Seriously?  Wow ... that's news to me ... since I'm not a big keyboard
shortcut user, I never had this problem ... but I've been told by others
that the shortcuts simply don't work, so you just try something else.
