[mso] Re: Excel worksheet locked after conversion from 2003 to 2007

Is it usable if the workbook is saved with "save as" and a name change? Then
delete the worksheets not needed.

I understand that this is a work around, might be helpful 'till the 2007 fix is
revealed.

Subject: [mso] Excel worksheet locked after conversion from 2003 to 2007

I have created an excel template that includes formulas and drop-down cells.
Other users copy the master sheet within the workbook and use it for individual
schools. Everything worked fine until our office was converted to Office 2007.
Now the users cannot copy the master sheet. The "copy" command is grayed out
as if the sheet is protected - but it is not protected.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? I can't think of a way to make the
template even usable with this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you
