Whenever there's a *fault* error (including illegal procedure), start by
making sure the TEMP directory is empty. Once that issue is ruled
out...you can consider other possible problems.

A friend of mine is having trouble with his Excel program. He says it
will do everything but print. When he tries to print, he gets this
error message:
THIS PROGRAM HAS PERFORMED AN ILLEGAL OPERATION, AND WILL BE SHUT DOWN
Any ideas other than uninstalling and reinstalling?
