My personal solution would be to make a PDF and treat it as an insert.

I'm still missing something.
1. Convert the Excel file to PDF - OK.
2. Open PowerPoint file to the place where the pdf is to be inserted. - OK
3. Insert>Object>Create from file>browse to the pdf file name>OK - ???
The inserted object does not fill the screen. So when the handles are
expanded to fill the screen there is not much improvement over the previous
process.
Any other suggestions on how to insert a pdf so it is full screen and the
font is not distorted by the drag?
Ken
