Hi Spark,
You can use
=3DIF((A1=3DB1),A1,(B1-A1))
For the colouring, you can use a conditional format
(Format-->Conditional Format). Condition will be if cell (c column) is
not equal to A1, then colur red.
Hope this helps.
Herbert

Subject: [mso] Excel querry
Hello,
Please help
I am comparing the two cells.
A1=3D25
B1=3D45
I want the value in the C1 cell, if A1 is not equal to B1 then subtract
the
value, else Show A1, and the subtracted value should have red colour.
Thanks in advance...
