Not exactly. I'd like 2 letters, one for each person regardless of Combined
or Address. Within the letters I may want to reference each person as long
as Combined is the same. Then, I want the 2 letters inserted into the same
1 envelope as long as Combined is the same AND address is the same.

Clear as mud isn't it?

So...do three separate merges....two form letters, one with just first name
field included, one with just last name field...then do the envelopes with
both included

In the example, a mail-merge would produce 2 letters and 2 envelopes because
Last/First are different. What we need is 2 letters reflecting Last/First
but only one envelope reflecting Combined/Address.
