I don't believe you can format a cell in the fps system. I would split the
feet and inches into separate cells and then in a hidden cell have a formula
to add the two together i.e. ft cell + " cell/12. In a separate cell you can
then multiply the two together. With your figures that is (12+3/12)*(4+2/12)
= 51.04167
