Thanks, Linda. I'll check into SharePoint, I was looking at the Beta 2007
earlier today. In the meantime I'll keep on going with plan B. Or was it

I'm not real good with network stuff either, Cathy, so I can't help you.
But it sounds like Microsoft's SharePoint is going to give you exactly
what
you want. Being a part of the Office 2007 beta team, Microsoft just gave
me
a webspace to test Sharepoint and man, is it ever cool....tho I'm
stumbling
around in there at this point, just trying how to configure it all....I
need
a week just to read the Help files from cover to cover LOL
But, let's hope someone in here has some ideas for you that will work NOW.
