[mso] Excel: Ordering Drawn Objects

Is there anyway to change the order that objects are displayed based on the
value of a cell.  If the value of cell a1 is > 0 then the selected object
order is on top and if it is zero-0- the order of the selected object is
send to back.  There are two objects that need to have order evaluated on.
