As far as I was told, and did some of the trial and error myself, you =
can
accomblish the thing you wanted by protecting the cell or protecting the
sheet.

Once the protection is there, you can't edit it, only review it with =
just
the cursor key, the arrows keys.
Like example, a 1 to a 3 is not protected, but the rest are, you can =
access
it by tabbing to it. despite  the rest of the cell other than a1 to a3 =
is
protected, you can still access it with the arrows keys. Just that tab =
key
will not get you there.=20
I am not sure if you can set the enter key instead of the tab key.
