You can drag these formulas (or use copy/paste, etc). You just need to make
sure that they aren't anchored, before you start.
Excel does treat cross-sheet and cross-workbook links slightly differently.
But it does this when they are first created by clicking. The writers
considered it was more likely that you would not want relative references
for off-sheet references, so they anchor them for you. These anchors are
the $ signs in the formula.
Simply edit the first formula to remove the $ and you'll then be able to
copy/paste or drag as you wish.
