HA! Okay...cool, thanks! Humm...now I wonder what *I* was doing??? Something
OBVIOUSLY happened...just don't know WHAT I did?<g> I'll have to work on

Dian,

Freeze panes needs you to have a single cell selected to work properly.
It should be the leftmost, topmost cell you want to scroll freely, if you
see what I mean.

Okay...I'm working with Excel 2003. I select Rows 1, 2, 3 and click Windows
