[mso] Re: Excel Expiration Date

Well..I don't do this in Excel, but it is exactly how I handle custom Word
dots with clients. I have a code mod that deciphers the current date and
adds an obscure key to the reg that stops the dot from working should anyone
attempt to open it past the date I set. This helps ensure that when I give a
client say...1 month to beta test a final template...they can't bail on me
with the final product cos' it'll stop working after whatever date I've set.
So if they don't follow through...they've literally lost their 1/2 deposit
on the project with nothing to show for the time/effort/money.

One of our users had a worksheet sent to him that supposedly has an
expiration date hard wired into it. It is then supposed to "implode"
whatever that means. Is this possible in Excel? If so, how is it done?
