I'm not sure I'm understanding what you want, James. But if you just want the label to fit into a narrower column, you can change the orientation for that label to 90 degrees or something. Select the cell with the label in it, go to Format>Cells>Alignment tab and change the orientation. If that's not what you want, more info is needed. Linda F.
