Subject: [mso] Excel Chart Question

Content-Type: text/plain;
        charset=3D"us-ascii"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
I'm creating some line charts that show cumulative hours through the
year.
Is there a way to put a target horizontal line in, showing what are
target is, or do I just draw in a horizontal line at the approximate
location of the target hours?

Thanks,
