[mso] Re: Excel 2007 Typecase

To clean it up, you would need to either use the PROPER function on each
cell, which is a pain in the butt if there's a lot of them (or someone could
probably give you some VBA to do it faster) ... or you can select all the
cells, copy them, paste them into Word and use the Change Case button on the
Home tab of the Ribbon and choose Sentence case. Then select all the text
there and copy it and paste it back into Excel.

To avoid it happening in the future, click on Excel's Office button and
click on Excel Options ... then click on Proofing, then click on the
Autocorrect Options button ... in there, make sure there is a check beside
Correct Two Initial Caps and also beside Replace Text as you type. Click OK
... now when you type two initial caps, Excel will automatically correct it
as soon as you hit Enter or the space bar.

Subject: [mso] Excel 2007 Typecase

Is their a way to automatically TypeCase all the Cells. I printed up a list
and see that I often have the first two letters cap. I want an automatic way
to change them all.
Thanks
Leeba
