[mso] Excel 2003 - can you password protect a whole series of sheets in one go?

Dear all,
I have created a series of up to six workbooks some of which have 10
worksheets in them, which are all inter-connected by formulae. I would like
to be able to protect all the worksheets with the same password by entering
the password twice, as you do normally for each worksheet. Is this possible?
I would also like to be able to clear all the unprotected cells in a
protected worksheet but not those unprotected cells containing a hyperlink!
Is this possible? I have found that cells with hyperlinks in them must be
unprotected to work, is there a way round this?
I guess some of this may be possible using VBA?
TIA for any hints.
