Pam, is the total you want to monitor, only in one cell? Once, when I
need to do this, I used cell A1 to monitor the total. For instance,
if the total I wanted was in cell z100, I put the formula =z100 in
cell A1, so I got a duplicate of the total where I could always see
it, because I had the rows and columns frozen.
