[mso] Excel 2000 VBA Initialize event

Hi gang,
I have some excell vba procedures that puts up a form and when the
user clicks a button goes and does stuff on some sheets and
workbooks... then I unload the form.
When the unload happens the initialize event runs again. Does anyone
have any idea of why please?
