[mso] Enter cell triggers macro to run

Is there a way to trigger a macro when a certain cell is selected (by
tabbing).
To be more specific, just incase, I have a worksheet, it is protected with
certain cells unlocked, while tabbing when a certain cell is selected a
macro runs.
