[mso] Email option in Excel ver 2003

I recently did a total Microsoft update. I think in its updating process it
changed the ability to send a workbook or worksheet as an email without it
going as an attachment.
My operating system is XP & I'm on cable.

I clicked on the email icon in the toolbar. It use to work with my Outlook
Express address book...it now only uses Outlook. So I typed in the email
address but there is NO SEND BUTTON! I have looked everywhere...even tried
to see if I could add it in the toolbar, but could not.

It use to do this function before the update. I know that I can send it via
attachment, is there any way I can send it as an open sheet?
