The macro is in the template, not in any document you create from the
template.

You need to edit the template itself, not a derived document. Start by
making a backup copy of the template.

In Word you need to use File > Open to open the template. You could also
start in a Windows Explorer window, right-click the template, and then
click Open.=20

Make your changes, then save the template.

Test your changes by creating a new document based on the changed
template and ensuring that the macro runs correctly.
