Have you tried saving it as a template? Then you can open it over and
over
Other than that, I guess you could just make a macro that selects all,
then copies to a new workbook or sheet (but I don't do the macro thing
so someone else would have to help you with this)

I'm currently devising a 'master' spreadsheet in Excel (2000/XP) that is
going to spin off several identical copies - e.g. sheet for each of 3
regions that can then be merged back later.
What's the best way to do this - I need it to duplicate the whole book -
macros, hidden sheets and everything. I know I could just do it via
explorer, but I want it all within Excel, as once the sheet it
duplicated
I'll then have another bit of code that will further customise the
cloned
book - (e.g. name one of the sheets with the region etc...).
Hope this makes sence...
