Thanks - I'm not aware that she has any (except the normal junk mail
filter), but I'll check.

Anyone else have other suggestions?

Mark,

Look at any filters/rules she may have set up.  I am getting this with mails
from a (Yahoo) group I run.  I have to confess I haven't sorted it yet
(mostly through laziness), but I think that is the way to go.
