[mso] Disable Preview Pane for ALL folders

Every time I make a new folder in Outlook, the Preview Pane is activated
for that folder. Does anyone know how to stop the Preview Pane
permanently? I.e., disable the preview pane for ALL folders? It really
is annoying to me, plus I often wonder if it -could- activate a virus
assuming it got past Norton.
