Good advice Peter - Will probably end up doing that but with no known use
for it, I'm using my HD space for multiple graphic programmes, multiple web
design programmes which are my current interest. Once I master that stuff,
I'll see if I can find a use for Access LOL. I'm a heavy user of Word and
Excel and Outlook, I'm slowly learning PowerPoint. Access is gonna have to
wait it's turn I guess. That being said, will the viewer available at
Microsoft be of any use on the files you have made available? Dianne
