[mso] Re: Date format in Excel

Am trying to draw a scatter graph in excel, have 3 column , name of country , x 
value and y value, I can draw the x y graph using scatter graph , what I want 
to do is when I hover over a point I want to be able to read the point values 
in addition to the name of the country, I can at present read the x y values 
but not the name of the country. I do not want to have the values reproduced on 
the graph as there are too many points for the values to be read
