They are both open.  On your task bar where your start button is, you
should be able to see both presentations.  You will have copy the text
off one then click on the other using the task bar to view it to paste
the information.  =20

That sounds easy enough but I am unable to open 2 files at the same
time. As=20
soon as one opens the other closes. The help file said to click on the
open=20
folder, then ctrl click to select multiple files to open but when I try
that=20
only one file opens. I have the worst luck with these things.
