[mso] Re: Creating/fixing High school DB in Access

Ok another thing with this @#$%^&* DB, I want to create a form using the tab
controls so they can flip through the different sections of registration
info for each student (or the different sections of the faculty's
application). and not have to open up 3 different forms to fill out at one
time.

I can't quite figure out, how to put stuff on the second, third, etc tab...
I would go to page two (tab two) and I would feel like the "Same as previous
section" button like you see in Word sections break was on and I could not
turn it off (except by accident - don't know what I did)... I would delete
what was on page two (same as page 1) and paste the new fields in, and guess
what it would do... A - put my new info on both pages and all the original
info on page 1 will be gone, or B - put the new info on top of the old stuff
on page 1 and just the new stuff on page 2.

After fighting with it for over an hour... I somehow ended up with just the
correct info on page 1 and just the correct info on page 2, BUT... I have no
idea how I did it and I still have to add a tab for page 3-? and I do not
what to fight with it any more... also, when in design view, the stuff that
I added onto page two (I copied it from another form) looks right... it has
all the correct fieldcodes in it... but when I go to form view, it errors
out and says "&#Name"

Please can somebody tell me step by step how to do this - so I do it right
the first time... I kind of like to possibly of creating (Temporarily) a
separate form for each tab then copy/pasting it in (I like the way the
wizard sets the fields up and not have to add each field manually) but if
this is the best way (adding each field manually to each tab) then so be
it... I just don't want to take hours to do this.... Thanks so much sorry
its so long...April
