[mso] Creating a template

One of my seniors wants to use her computer to keep notes for a class they are 
taking.  Of course she goes directly to Word.  However her notes are suppose to 
be on 4x6 or 5x7 cards.  Is there a way for her to create a template that 
allows her to print her notes on cards that are 4x6 or 5x7?
