I'm SURE I already sent you this answer the other day when you first
asked...but here you go again...

Read this TechTrax article I wrote...it explains everything and gives you
the code to do it!

Subject: [mso] Creating a form with a Radio Button

I want to create a form (not web type) that contains mutually exclusive
options in them .. sort of like choosing the correct answer from a multiple
choice question in a high school test.

All I was able to find in the forms toolbar is to insert a checkbox, but
they don't have a mutually exclusive property. There is a discussion about
the "option" type (i.e., radio-button) but it seems to be used only for
web-based forms.

Is there a way to make a the checkboxes of a group mutually exclusive like a
radio button. I wouldn't be adverse to executing a macro to insure
mutual-exclusivity If so, does someone have a code segment I could
plagerize for this purpose?
