[mso] Creating Access Querries From Other Querries

To All,

It seems to me that it should be easy to create new queries in Access 2002 by
modifying existing ones, but I was unable to do so. I want to create twelve
separate queries that differ very little. Most of the selection criteria are
identical. Just one field is different. The resultant reports go to twelve
different people.

Please give me some guidance on how to save a copy of a query with a new name
while keeping the original query intact. From that point, I can go into Design
View and make the necessary change to one criterion.

Thanks for the help.

Ray Shapp
