[mso] Copy-paste problems with Outlook

My thanks to Linda and Andrew for their suggestions.
I ran Detect and Repair from within Outlook, but the problem still persists.
Microsoft updates do not seem to be the culprit. I uninstalled Update 908531
and Kerio Personal Firewall, restarted and tried copying and pasting again, but
this made no difference. One other thing occurred to me as worth doing before
reinstalling Office: clean my registry. You never know, especially
non-technical types like me.
I keep the listed informed of the results.
