Wow Gene....I haven't heard "Word Star" in a looooong time LOL

I don't know where you're gonna find anything to convert that....can you get
it open in notepad or wordpad?

If not, you can try opening it in Word by using the "recover text from any
file" option in the files of type box at the bottom...but this will bring in
a lot of code with it...and also, BE SURE to make sure you change this
setting after you use it or it will stick and all of your files will open
this way and god forbid, if you actually save any like this

What's the extension on the file?  If you tell me that, I might be able to
find something that can open it.

I have a Disk sent to me that has been done in the old WORD STAR format,
There was a converter for Word at one time anyone have any Ideas where it
went!!  As  Word 2002 seems to have lost most of the converters and I can't
find anything at MS,
