Hi Candi,

<<WordPerfect files open in Word almost automatically. >>

That didn't happen when I tried it. I'm asking my friend to send me a fresh
copy of the WP file. In your case, maybe you installed the WP utilities with
Word. I can't remember whether that was an option I may have refused when I
installed Office2002 XP Pro. Do you know what version of Word you have, and
whether WP utilities were added during installation?

<<You can contact me offlist if you're interested in our clean-up macro - I
may be able to track down the source code.>>

Thanks for the offer, but I'll decline because the document isn't very
complex. I am mainly interested in grabbing the graphics. I already asked my
friend to capture the graphics using Alt+Print Screen, but he said he couldn't
accomplish that (don't know why).

I'm still wondering whether the Office Converter Pack is a dead end for this
application.

Regards,

Ray Shapp
