[mso] Convert ALL from Excel to Access? Possible? Excel 2000

Given a single Excel worksheet workbook containing ten drop downs, 1,558
rows deep, six macros to sort six different ways, formulas involving BEFORE
year 1900 dates, can this safely be converted to Access? That is, the
formulas (which I suspect are Excel specific) also convert to Access?
I tried, but lost my ability to search for pre 1900 dates. Yes, I know Excel
& Access don't like pre-1900 dates but I have to work with them.
If it should convert all right, then what am I doing wrong to mess up the
formulas?
Thank you.
Robert

Yes. Hold down the ALT key and hit the cursor down arrow. Then let go of
the alt key and us up and down arrows to make your selection and hit
ENTER to confirm.

Subject: [mso] Keyboard only in drop down list?
Is there a way to choose from a drop down list without using a mouse?
I.e., suppose K3 has a validation and the choices are A, B, C, D, E, and
F. If I use the arrow keys to navigate to K3, how do I make the list
appear using the keyboard so I can choose using the keyboard?
Thank you.
Robert
